There is a mountain called Khao Chang and inside that mountain is “Phung Chang Cave”, a dark cave with stalagmites and stalactites that is called “Elephants Belly Cave”.

The temple was built in the early 18th century, played a role as a school of meditation, with a 15 meter reclining Buddha on the temple ground inside the cave.
In 1959 King Bhumibol and Queen Sirikit had been here as well as king Rama 6th,7th and 8th ; on the cave wall you will find engraved the Royal Emblem of each king.
